159194 quick graphic | cartoon needed

Hi - I already have a rough design with words etc. - this should be quite easy as I've done the basic image design etc. so only want to pay up to $20 for it

Please only bid if you can start right away and have done in one day - I will then email the selected bidder the jpg image with my notes on it on what I want.

Must also have a copyright to my company as well so design can't be used for other folks.
