Administrative Assistant - Culinary Talent Management

Agency represents a diverse roster of high-profile chefs across the country and provides full-service talent management services including but not limited to television development, commercial endorsements, podcasts, personal appearances, social media campaigns and licensing. Agency is currently in search of a part-time administrative assistant to oversee scheduling, deliverable deadlines, client travel, etc. This position will have direct contact with both clients and third-parties and must therefore be polite, professional and organized. Prior office or administrative experience required.
