JSON expert to write script to extract images from big JSON files

Looking for JSON expert to write script (with simple GUI) to extract building footprint images from big JSON geographical building footprint files here [login to view URL] The script has to extract each building image from the JSON file into separate image jpg file. For example, this JSON file for Alaska has about 111,000 building images so the script has to extract and deliver 111,000 jpg files. [login to view URL] And the script must clearly be able to process hundred of thousands and millions of building images.
