FileMaker - Create "Insert from URL" / CURL script step for Freshchat

We use FileMaker for our in-house CRM. We would like you to turn a standalone PHP file into an Insert from URL / CURL trigger script in our FileMaker Sample Solution (file provided) that will allow us to message our customers from FileMaker using the FreshChat Whatsapp API. We ALREADY have the integration working. We ALREADY have the CURL content ready to go as a standalone PHP file. We would just like you to turn it into a FileMaker script step. When the message is sent, we'd like you to store the status of the message (whether it has been opened and/or read), and we'd like to be able to query the status of the message manually also, after initial send.
