It is possible but it's not very easy and it will require lots of testing. The social media is made for human interaction and they will detect if you are using a bot to message people (especially if it's a bulk messaging software) and they will action block/ban the account. So the workaround for this is either to test the limits of all the social media restrictions, use sleep between message, have multiple message templates, use proxies and have multiple accounts and send messages from each one.
