Virtual Assistant For Phone Calls, Data Entry and Inventory Management

I run a ticket broker business and I am looking for a long term VA to work 1-3 hours per week. There are various services that I would require, I'll break a few of them down for you. Once or twice a week the VA would need to call a customer service agents for various ticket companies and manage orders that I have with them. The phone conversations would usually require the VA to request refunds, change orders, etc. The VA would also manage a spreadsheet that tracks my inventory. They would input recent sales into the spreadsheet and also update my inventory on my wordpress site (run with WooCommerce, very simple to manage). Occasionally, the VA would also be asked to manage the purchasing of inventory on sites like ticketmaster, ticketfly, etc. Basic knowledge of how to navigate these sites would be necessary.
