Background – Bihar government has launched the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme to provide loan to all students through bank for studying graduation or/and post-graduation courses either in Bihar or anywhere in the country. To avail this scheme, students have obtained admission across different courses/colleges. Bihar government has engaged a Third Party Verification Agency (TPVA) to validate credentials of the concerned college/university/institution; validate admission offer; hostel allotment letter and also validate the bank account details of the concerned college/university/institution to enable disbursement of the loan amount directly into the bank account of the institution. Peregrine Guarding Pvt Ltd has been authorized as TPVA to perform the verification process with a legal contract.
