Google Sheet script/Excel Macro Needed for Google My Business Bulk Upload File

I have data in a publicly available API (JSON format) that I want pulled into an excel file. Please note that: A. The excel file should match the Google My Business bulk upload file specializations - [login to view URL] B. I do not have any IDE to run anything in javascript. I am looking for an easy, step by step set of instructions that a non technical person can follow. An Excel macro would be ideal If you have a better option please let me know I share the API details with people who agree to the bid price and show me some samples of well written, step by step excel macro examples

I may propose Google Spreadsheet script which will run periodically and fill data from API to the spreadsheet. No IDE or whatever is needed to run the script - only your Google account You have to do nothing - only use imported data in the spreadsheet. Please contact me for further discussion of implementation
