Duties of Virtual Assistant -Making sure no more than 10 emails are in my inbox at all time -I would like to be able to CALL/TEXT Assistant. I’d love to text short lines like “June 20, 2019 at 10a-12p meeting with Beth” or “gym w/ Alex this Friday at 9a for an hour” And you’re able to perfect input it into iCal. -Being able to address time-sensitive email matters without my help, but If need be can call/text me at a moment’s notice. -Being able to respond to emails in no more than 30 mins (In the beginning, in order to have the right email response I would need assistant to present me with a rough draft and send it over) -Getting auditions: knowing how to confirm audition for agents and managers. Putting the time and address of audition (I always want the time 30 mins earlier that what is put down) into my iCal. Being able to send me Auditions VIA TEXT so I can read them immediately. ex: AUDITION: [Title of the Show — Role I am auditioning for] (Inputing specific location into location bar in iCal) [Copy and paste the description and parking instructions] -Adding things to my target/Walmart cart when I text them: “add this lotion to my cart (I like to press purchase when I have about $50 worth of items)” -Creating and Identifying “other workers” or taking on the task yourself. Meaning knowing who The graphic designer, the florist, the videographer/photographer, cleaner/laundry person etc.. Assistant will be contacting them, negotiating with them, setting up times for them and inputting it into my computer. And confirming with me the prices, duties, etc. -Making sure I'm checked-in exactly 24 hours before any flight -Categorizing my receipts for taxes
