Job Duties 1) Store, manage and track company documents. 2) Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures, archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. 3) Control the retrieval of documents. 4) Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs. 5) As RFI procedures are updated, create new templates. 6) Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items. 7) Periodically, provide training for employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery. 8) Also assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualities 1) Being self-directed, the ability to work independently, and being highly-motivated. 2) Stay focused and carry out their tasks in a timely and accurate manner. 3) Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy Necessary Skills 1) Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot. 2) Strong interpersonal and communication. 3) They must be computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products.
