Build Mac Excel Spreadsheet Macro/VBA to Prioritize Stock Reorders

Desired output is an Excel (Mac Version 14.7.7) spreadsheet which prioritizes restock from vendors by sales volume and/or profitability. Inputs are two data files exported from Quickbooks ("sales" and "stock") which are attached. Note that these data export files can be modified to some degree if required. Also, "sales" data file includes data for all inventory year-to-date while "stock" data file includes only those items that are out of stock (and not all inventory). Ideally, spreadsheet would open and show user a dialog box with button requesting data file import. Once data import is complete, dialog box would allow user to select a vendor from available vendors in the data set and then generate the report. Final report would sort items to be restocked prioritized by number of sales and profitability. Goal is to automate reordering and also to use data to reorder best products.
