I did work in many international Hotels - so I know how to set up a room for a venue. And during all my work life I did speak English - my work experience reaches from Hotel, to Flight attendant, further on to Pilot, and Flight instructor... so I'm also used to talk in front of a huge croud.
Since the information I received from you is rather vague (e.g. how many participants, how many hours, location of venue...) maybe we can discuss the details beforehand if I should get the "go" from you.
