Hello, I had a view on the article you sent. It looks like a very difficult Engineering project. It is possible I can help you. I studied at the University (Paris Dauphine), just to be able to solve problems like that. But I have to confess I do not have a lot of experience on this matter. Also if I am working on this project I will surly need some other articles about the feature you are developing. I can program with Matlab. But having more references about this language would help. Also I will need a special license in Matlab for you, the one I have is provided by my University, I do not think I can use it for the job you ask. I am a professor, so I already have a job. It will be difficult to work 40 hours/week for you. I estimate that I can dedicate 20 hours. Best regards,
