Consider the 2D domain(plane stress with t=1) in attached picture. Develop within Matlab a general program for topology optimization to minimize structural compliance with a volume constraint in attached picture. Model input: Number of nodes in horizontal and vertical direction (defining the finite element mesh) and design space dimensions(L1,L2). Applied forces {F} Displacement boundary conditions. Area upper bound constraint value(alpha volume fraction). Model output: -design Variables Values and respective figure. -objective function and constraint value. -iteration history Please make final report in pdf format with: 1. Problem formulation 2. Necessary conditions for optimum 3. Description of the developments done 4. Examples & applications(maximum 2) 5. Conclusions
