SEO web-marketing

Looking for someone to work on my oscommerce/html hybrid site for SEO, web promotion, link building and affiliate marketing. Site is PR 4 with more than 150 links and ranks top 20 to top 50 for certain keywords. website ranks fairly well for some keywords in most of the SEs. I am looking for someone who can get it on page 1 for certain keywords. You may have to further optimize the pages, add html pages for some keywords, link exchange and build a few banners. A significant part of the project is launch of an affiliate program. Site already has a functional affiliate management software. You will have to recruit affiliates. I am well versed with Seo and webmarketing and would expect a weekly report of what you did and how you performed. I will prefer someone who would 1) guarantee top 10 in google 2)guarantee how many links he would get for the site and 3) gaurantee how many affilites he would recruit.
