Hi, I am looking for a Engine & Motor Synchronizing Controller. Please find attached Diagram for better idea.... THE MAIN CONCEPT OF APPLICATION: 1- Engine's RPM will be detected by a Non-Contact RPM detector. This RPM information will be given to the Controller. 2- Controller will run the Motor on same RPM as received/detected from of Engine. Reference Line: [login to view URL] 3- There are some other side line MINOR conditions too (i.e when to ON/OFF the motor? Motor will run on SAME RPM or little less/more, etc), which I will mention in detail once you will be shortlisted. 4- Controller board should run on 10V to 14V DC. 5- Motor Minimum Specification: Brush/Brushless 48V DC, 17 Horse Power, High Torque (up to 180nm) at Low RPM (i.e Forklift Motor, Treadmill Motor or better). I have theoretically designed this system, which I would like you to convert it in to a controller (to program micro controllers and make a fully working PCB prototype). NOTE: Once you will successfully complete the project then you will courier the controller to me (I will pay for the shipment) and also share all the source codes and electrical designs, etc with me. Please answer all following questions: 1- Have you made a project for Synchronisation of DC motors via IR/RF, in past or any related project? 2- Can you Synchronize two DC motors via RF/IR? 3- Are you good in Microcontroller programming? 4- Are you good in Circuit/PCB designing? 5- If you have fully understood the project then please explain what you have to do in 2-4 lines (in your own words)? Hello Sir, Yes, I have experience of motor sync. via IR pair and PWM. Yes, I am good in programming MCU on Arduino IDE. Yes I am good in PCB designing. I will use IR pair in same Axis(same line) instead of adjacent position(as shown in the video) for more precise RPM count. nRF24l01+ mini-module for wireless communication. please share more details over chat. I have 4 years experience in PCB designing in EAGLE( single multilayer and flex). following are some examples of my work 1. ESP12E wifi + relay board + humidity&temp sensor Smart module 2. ESP12S wifi + relay board home automation board. 3. Hi. I'm a electrical engineer with experience in the design of embedded system for control and monitoring of electrical and mechanical process, including control of RPM of DC and AC motors.}, programming pics, arduino, esp, and raspberry, using protocol loike MOdBus ( I2C, SPI, 1wire) Fieldbus and http(TCP/IP). 1) I made a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) where I implemeted an optical sensor (IR) to measure the pulses of the motor and stabilize the voltage and freqeuncy in proportion with the speed of the motor. I made a project in Simulink designing a synchroscope for AC motors. 2) Yes. I used IR diodes tx and rx to count the pulse and the time that each pulse takes and with that determinate the value of the speed. of Each motor 3)Yes, I know C,C++, AVR and python. 4)Yes, I used proteus, EASYEDA and EAGLE to design the schematic and pcb. Proteus also for simulation. 5) The project consist in create and controller that can receive data of RPM from the Engine with a IR sensor and apply that speed to the DC motor, and with another IR sensor measure the speed of the DC motor and stablize it, also have a button of ON/OFF, a bank of battery to supply the DC motor, Light Indicators to know if hte DC if SYNCH or not. 6) I can make the documentation and design of the Motor speed controller, for the implementation I will need the elements.
