Build electronics device with wheels, gyroscope and accelerometer -- 2

I need an electronics device, a toy basically like sphero(please use youtube), but much much simpler with just the basic movement and turning. The most important part is wireless charging and the toy being able to sense the orientation of the operator to recognize the front, rear, right and left of the operator even if they turn around. The toy may use an app or a remote controller to work.
