I have done my master thesis on analog circuit and RF design, i designed inductor and capacitor using Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW)  using Ansys HFSS and used those passive components in oscillator and calculated performance of oscillator at high frequency using cadence virtuoso in 45nm, 90nm & 180nm technology nodes and compared parameters. From my project idea I have learned how to interface two different concepts and develop solutions to problems in analog blocks.i wanted to check how other design blocks work using SIW and explore more into the Analog world of circuits & devices . Later I worked as trainee in Memory design, there i worked on 22n & 28nm technology nodes of memory architectures blocks like SRAM & schematic design analysis of Bit cell, Sense amplifier, Local & Global control blocks.  which gave me interest to know more about memories implementation and worked on characterization of the blocks stimulated my curiosity to design memory using SIW. I want to enchance my knowledge by learning about different aspects of technology and developing solutions to the problems that exist as we go in developing technology for better living.

Hello there, -I'm doing BSc in electrical and electronics engineering and I have two year experience in analog IC design using the most systematic design technique (gm/id Methodology) and most frequently usage technology node (TSMC 180n & 65n, UMC 130n) - I have worked on many simulation software like Cadence Virtuoso, OrCAD in addition to Proteus for discreate circuit. - Also I'm expert in Digital IC Design (In transistor level) and (using VHDL, and Verilog). I have done many projects you can find some of them in my Portfolio - Simple & Wide Swing Current Mirrors. - all topologies in OTA (5T-OTA, Two Stage Miller OTA, Folded Cascode OTA with CMFB) - Differential Amplifier with certain required specs - A Bandgap Reference Circuit achieve spics in all Corners, and Monte Carlo. - Digital ALU using Cadence (transistor level)&(behavioral model). - Implement a 3-bit adder circuit using TTL ICs. - Traffic circuit using 555 IC - A C++ program to do all operations on Matrices that accept real & complex number. - All my work is recorded in Word/PDF/Presentation in professional format
