Hi, I have developed many apps in windows. it would be easy to fetch data from api if api is not ready than we can fetch using RSS feed. My friend work on iPhone and android, so if you would interested then we can develop these app also. please let me know if you have any questions?

It is easier and manage-able in case you consider to use Drupal RSS, You could customize the content from within Drupal, and this will be parsed by the code I will write for your Windows Phone application. I will use .NET Framework 4.5 bundled within Visual Studio 2013 for the programming application. This will take 2 - 3 development days.
