PSD to .NET project (8 screens)

We have PSD files that we want to extract page elements from you create a web based browser based game as .NET ASPX pages (C# backend to be implemented in future). So you will need to extract elements (EG. Images, drop down lists, text boxes, popups and area sections) and set them up as HTML and .NET elements that will be populated in the code. You will be requires to created a master page and all neccessary CSS. 1. login name. Ofherwise players can choose “Create new character). 2.
