check dot net script and create same in php

i have a time attendance device that send data via HTTP Post request to my server. i can only accept data in php via "php://input" (check [login to view URL]) so i put those data to a file ( some part is json some part is binary=check [login to view URL]) Problem is coz i recive binary in strange characters and i cant decode it , i want to get what informations are in binary(they need to be info about users and time when users typed in time attendance machine) i ask the factory and they send me a SDK (in dot net or asp.net idk) and thats an example how they proccess binary. so can u take a look at it and fix the php so i can read the binary in proper way u connect via team viewer and see , contact me so i can send u the sdk files
