Dax, Excel, Sql programming assistance

I am looking for someone who can consult/assist me with specific problems writing code in excel, dax and sql. Working would be on several projects with a Norwegian internet company, as we look to deepen our understanding of customer trends, selling departments and more.
Problem example:
We have a customer table consisting of:
Customer_id
Order_id
Order_from
Order_to
Price
We want to calculate for each row, if it is new or existing sale - and if the order churned.
An order is new, if the customer_id does not have an order in the previous two months. The customer churns if there is no new order in place within two months of the last order expire date.
