I’m a Customer Support Representative/Virtual Assistant and have offered my skills to assisting companies of various industries for up to 6 years.
I have experience providing phone, email and live chat support within the U.S. I go above what’s needed to ensure that not only you are satisfied with my performance, but your customers as well. Customers want assurance that their needs and wants are heard and met, I do just that. My experience as a Customer Support Representative/Virtual Assistant has equipped me with skills of being personable, empathetic, attentive, persuasive and patient. I am experienced in using platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.
I've also worked as Project Manager for my current employer which was a recruiting project. I recruited 4-5 technicians per market within 10 markets around the country within 2 months. I also Nurtured them through the process of obtaining 6 Dell certifications, a drug test, and background check. By posting ads on job boards such as Indeed, Craigslist, and LinkedIn I sourced, screened, selected and onboarded qualified technical candidates for work.
