We are a sports management company based in New Zealand specialized in rugby recruitment. Our agency is currently looking for an experienced administrator who can carry out daily company operations with a strong emphasis in Customer Service and project management. You will undergo a 2-week probation period and receive adequate training. After this period you may be hired as a part time permanent staff working from 10 to 20 hours a week. We will be considering candidates who are interested in working with us on a long-term basis only. This Administrator will report directly to the CEO and will be managed by a remote program called Screenshot Monitor. You will be working with: Customer service – Replying to emails and making Skype/What’sApp calls Project Management Assisting CEO – Schedule, making agenda for meetings and taking meeting’s minutes Supervising Social Media Maintaining and updating our current data base Making travel arrangements for clients Liaising with partners and various organisations The candidate will possess the following skills: Speak English and Spanish fluently Good IT skills – Microsoft Office competent and quickly learn new applications Great communication skills Have reliable internet Have strong self-motivation Be available to work around 20 hours a week We provide: Training and support An opportunity to get a part time permanent position Flexible working hours We will pay: 40 hours of work for NZ$100 – NZ$400 4 weeks full time equivalent. Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA, which is among top 50 Universities of the world. I have lot of experience working as virtual assistant doing: - Project Management - Assisting CEO – Schedule, making agenda for meetings and taking meeting’s minutes - Supervising Social Media - Maintaining and updating our current data base - Making travel arrangements for clients - Liaising with partners and various organisations - etc.. I have used both conventional and Agile Project Management Software on the cloud.. I have attached my voice sample as well. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day on email and Skype, without interruptions.
