I need an excel expert to modify existing contact files into CSV imported into Outlook

Two separate files requiring two separate work ups but the outcome needs to be the same for both files. Oklahoma Operator Directory: Format/organize file to import into Outlook. Trotter contacts: Somehow this .csv file was manipulated. Throughout the file in random cells, the data has special characters or (y’s) added. I attempted to import into Outlook and the missing information, once imported seems to be the same cells which have the y’s or special characters. Hopefully, it’s not a something that has to be done one by one manually to remove them but none the less, I’m wanting this file to be refreshed and saved in a good format I can import into Outlook.

Already Done and your files are ready, loaded and tested on outlook 2010, after some processing on excel, creating proper header, careful field mapping during importing it was done, perfectly, tested and validated and 2 Contacts folders were created: Trotter : contains; 2793 contacts Oklahoma Directory : contains 2897 contacts 2 file in outlook native format .pst to open or import from your outlook directly ready to send you sample to check before awarding me the project Regards, Rageh
