Help me with reviewing/researching my database content

PROJECT 1: I have a website called [login to view URL] is a directory of music venues that play rock and heavy metal music, all over the world. It has about 3,500 venues in the directory. However much of the data is old so I am concerned that some of it is out-of-date (eg. venues have closed own, or details have changed). This project is to request that the all venue data in the directory is checked, and any out-of-date data is updated (eg. venues that are closed are removed, venue data that has changed is updated). In your responses I would be interested to learn: What previous experience you have for this kind of project How you plan to check the data on the website to make sure it is up to date? How long you think the project will take? Ideally I would like somebody that has a passion for this music, but not a mandatory requirement. PROJECT 2: I have a website called www.metaltravelguide.com. It is a directory of music venues that play rock and heavy metal music, all over the world. It has about 3,500 venues in the directory. There is a separate live project to request that the data in the directory is checked and updated where necessary. There are many venues playing rock and metal music that are not in the directory. This project is to conduct a full global review of all venues that play rock and metal music. Then to prepare a database of all of these venues. I anticipate there will be around 10,000 – 20,000 venues globally In your responses I would be interested to learn: What previous experience you have for this kind of project? How long you think the project will take? Whether you have Joomla skills (extension Sobi Pro) to upload the data directly onto the website?
