Fill out a Survey

Hello, I need someone who has the ability to answer survey questions 1,599 times (i.e. 1,599 unique response). The survey requires each respondent to answer at least 20 questions. I would like the bidder to answer between 29 and 34 (there are 32.6 answers on average) questions so that there is some variation in which questions are answered. I will provide a list of answers that can be pasted into the survey The survey requires a unique email address for each response. Email addresses must be gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, or other US domestic service providers. A mix would be best (i.e. not all gmail) It took me about 5 minutes to fill out my survey (Approx 80 answers) without any answers, so I would estimate approximately 1-1.5 minutes per survey using the cut and paste methodology. I offer this estimate to help you plan your effort. I will provide you with the survey web page by IM if you would like to see it before you bid. I would like to mask the IP addresses such that we are showing a local IP. It would be best if it appeared the survey results came from the local area. When replying to this project, please let me know if you are able to do this. Using the same IP address over and over would likely negate your results. Upon completion of the project, please provide the login information (Email address and PW) for each of the surveys. This allows us to audit the results. :) The project winner will be provided with answers in excel format. It is pretty straight forward work, and you will have several days to complete the project as the survey remains open until Sept 6. I would target completion on or before Sept 5 to be certain that we finish. I am happy to set up a milestone for half of the payment once you are half way through the project (Must submit the results as mentioned above), but please do not bid if you plan to ask for a payment up front.
