Excel Expert to analysis 5,000 lines of raw data to find the root cause of a problem

I need an Excel data mining expert to analysis 5,000 lines of raw data to find the root cause of a problem. The task at hand is to show the passrate issue / history and then to analysis the date in order to hone in on the problem. Know Your Customer (KYC) is a process of proving a financial institution is aware of who their customers are. When a customer opens an online bank account they go through this two step process. 1. Document Check: To verify a government issued photo ID is valid and authentic (by look at a number of things on the document to prove it is real) 2. Facial Similarity Check: Otherwise known as a selfie check; To verify that the face in the picture is the same with that on the submitted ID This data has been provided by our supplier so that we can determine why Passrates have been decreasing substation in a recent period (provided in the data) Passrate = the number of customers who pass both the dcoument authentication and facial recognition (column C and Column W are "Clear") divided by the number of customers who attempt the process Two raw reports are provided which I have merged into one. Please Note: Column R is a download string of 5 properties which are essential for the analysis. I would like these 5 properties to be extracted into 5 columns. It would be great if this can be done with an excel formula? If not, it would be great to explain how this could be done otherwise. I've created two tabs (Passrate History and Root cause Analysis) with more detailed information on how I wish to see the data With the results I need to create a short report so please keep this in mind as I would like to paste the graphics and charts into another document.
