We are looking for a responsible Data Entry to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors About the job: This is a long-term project opportunity. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day.
