Cold call for my real estate investing buisness

Hello I would like to present my proposal for being assigned to carry out cold calling for a real estate business finding out whether the seller is willing to sell their property. I am familiar with Mojo Dialer but I know how to upload list in it, though I did not call by using this app. In addition, I made calls from google voice with a simple script. I called the sellers and take the basic information of the property if they are willing to sell and then I set appointments with the owner of the company so that a detailed talk can go on regarding offer, or inspection.
