In Column B of the first worksheet tab "Projects" I have links to various pdf "Contract Awards" that I need to populate my spreadsheet with.
I have populated first record as an example. Some links will point to Multiple Contract Awards and other links will point to a single Contract Award. Single contract awards are just populated on the first tab "Projects". Multiple Contract Awards will be populated on the following worksheet tabs, 2ndCont meaning 2nd contract, 3rdCont meaning 3rd contract, and so on . . . up to 10 individual contracts making up a multiple contract award.
Fields to populate: 1) Award Date (column D) - The award date of the first contract on a multiple award 2) Contract Amount (column E) - This is the total contract award of a multiple contract, or the contract amount of a single contract. 3) Contract Award (column F) - This is the contract amount of one of the contracts in a multiple contract or the contract amount of a single contract 4)Prime - this is the name of the company the contract was awarded to 5) Prime address - street address of the company the contract awarded to 6) Prime City/State - City and state of the company awarded the contract 7) Phone number - Phone number of the company awarded the contract.
There are approximately 270 line items to populate totalling approximately 400 records.
Your work will be to populate all the contracts on the "Projects" tab with the information requiered above by clicking on the links provided in column B. When you click on these links, a pdf file will pop up where you have the information you need to input into the spreadsheet.
For multiple awards, all additional awards past the first award listed, when you bring up a pdf file from clicking the link, will need to be inputted in the other tabs (2ndCont through 10thCont).
Please ask me any questions for further clarification. Thank you.
