Convert Text PDFs to Excel

I have a collection of text-based PDFs that I need transferred into Excel. Each PDF should be captured exactly as written—no data left behind—but the final workbook only needs a clean, simple table for every document, not the original page layout. Accuracy and consistency are vital. I will supply the PDFs, and I’d like one worksheet per file unless you have a better idea for keeping everything organised. When you finish, I should be able to search, filter, and sort the text easily. Please let me know your expected turnaround time and any questions you might have about the documents before you begin.
