Part time virtual assistant required for online craft store

Hello I'm looking for a virtual assistant to work on an ongoing basis for 60 hours a month. My budget is $4/hr ($240 per month). The assistant will be available Monday to Friday for 3 hours per day during the Sydney timezone (AEST) between 9am and 5pm and assist with customer enquiries about stock, pricing etc. via email and IM. You will answer the questions both through looking at the website and also liaising with the warehouse via email/IM. When not answering queries you will be editing the descriptions and pricing of the items on the website and working on promotion and improvement of the site (e.g. SEO, SEM, blog posting etc). You will also provide assistance to the warehouse with customer orders including checking to see if orders are paid etc. The hours worked are negotiable upfront (anytime between 9am and 5pm AEST time) but will be fixed for the term of the contract. So for example, you might be working 9-12 or 2-5pm. I am flexible as to what times you select but they will be locked in at that time every day so we have certainty of when you are working. The VA will provide daily email reports of the work done at the end of the shift. This store is a retail store for art & craft products, and so would suit someone who has an interest in that field. Ideal perhaps for a stay at home mum who wants to make some extra income, student or retiree. Excellent english and communications skills is a must. The applicant must have a dedicated work ethic and be reliable. This contract could potentially go on for perpetuity (years) if the individual is committed and reliable. No shows and unexplained absences will be grounds for termination. I will pay weekly only through GAF milestone payments. Happy Bidding!
