I am a trained chef, who went to school at the Culinary Institute of America. I know how to cook many cuisines, different ingredients, and different styles of food. I feel my training, and my experience in multiple regions of the US gives me an edge on the project. I would love to know more information of the project!

I have completed my Bachelors and post graduate studies in Human sciences, nutrition and public health. I have studied subjects like anatomy, histology, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, human nutrition, epidemiology, medical statistics, microbiology and biochemistry. I have written article/reports and essays are for my university assignments which I always get good grades (Distinctions and High Distinctions). I can write on medical/ heath/ nutrition/ bodybuilding/ fitness topics you like. I have worked on projects before and written a thesis in Biochemistry. I have recently written articles for an Australia sport fitness website. The articles involved topics like nutrition, exercise, injury and supplements. I can also write articles on psychology/ attitude/ positivist/self help and travel. What makes me an ideal person to do this project is that I have a nutritional background plus I have worked on a ebook of recipes recently. With my background knowledge and skill of research and writing I can easily come up with a menu and if required provide the basic recipe which can be modified to your needs I am confident that I can help you with your work

I currently own two restaurants which have been operating for over 8 years. I have also consulted on dozens of start ups in the food service industry both as a freelance consultant and as a mentor for the University of Houston's entrepreneurship program. Prior to owning my restaurants, I served as Vice President of operations and licensing for a multi-national food service company. For this bid rate, I will give you 5 hours of consulting.

I'm a dietetics student and my main passion is creating recipes and cooking with the aspiration to run my own bistro and write my own cookery book. Therefore I am constantly researching and experimenting with new ideas and recipes to create different and exciting food.
