Continous freelance SEO person - work remotely

We and expanding web design agency and require a skilled freelance SEO consultant to join our team to work On our current clients on a monthly basis and also our new customers. Ideally we would like a London/Surrey/UK based freelancer We are looking for a permanent consultant, so if we work well together we won't require your services continually. our 7 current clients have page 1 results and we are looking to build on that with new keywords etc We also have new clients starting that will require a brand new campaign for their keywords We would provide any required text and content for new pages etc.. on a monthly basis we will require the below processes to be carried out or whatever you deem neccessary: o Directory submissions o Article publishings o Press release submissions o Place links in discussion forums where ever possible. o Reciprocal link exchange o Regular ranking reports o Competitor link listing and building the same links to our websites. o Keyword research o Compose Meta tags o Optimizing the content of the website by keyword seeding and advising of new pages required We are willing to pay £400 for the current clients (as this is mainly maintenance work to keep the current rankings and add new keywords each month) eand then for each new clients starting we can agree on an extra cost per client
