We are a tech-centric company and that means you get to show not just your content skills but also your leadership skills by being the custodian of all things content for our efforts in assisting our clients and attracting new clients. You must be able to understand our mission, objectives and translate that into content across multiple touch points and ensure that it reaches and resonates with the intended audiences. Description: The Content Lead will be responsible for creating content for Sant- across all touch points that reach out clients, potential clients and audiences who are interested in marketplaces. As the leader of content, you will be responsible for planning, creating and execution of Sant's content objectives. You must be well versed in digital content creation customized for specific digital touch points, dissemination across all touch points (especially social), understanding resonance and ways to increase the same. In short you are Sant's content connoisseur. Scope of Position: - Design, manage and execute agency content strategy with the goal of expanding the company's digital footprint, constituent engagement and brand awareness. Requirements: - Work with the Sant's leadership team to design company's marketing strategies. - Undertake content marketing initiatives and produce high quality content. - Deliver engaging content via email and web (social-centric) on a regular basis. - Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence. - Oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables throughout the year and during campaign life cycles. - Understand how SEO/Google Works and optimize content for the same - Receive audience feedback and generate ideas to increase audience engagement. Passion for creating great content - Design, manage and execute agency content strategy with the goal of expanding the company's digital footprint, constituent engagement and brand awareness. Qualifications: - A degree in Journalism, English, Marketing and/or Communications degree (can be in progress). - Experience in creating great content for a tech-centric company - An understanding of how content fits into the company's overall business and marketing objectives
