IT Expert / Networking Writer/Expert with Computer Sciences

Before, I introduce myself, I would like to know, what is the exact purpose and requirement of an IT Expert. Good Knowledge of networking mean in what sense? Do you need to configure routers, and check assign roles and privileges or is it you need to administer the network using the system? I have experience in System Administration and Networking, the main criteria in system and networking problem is to troubleshoot the problem and once the problem is identified the solution will be pretty straight forward. Also would like to know if physical presence is needed for the project.

Bachelors in Electronics & Communication engineering with in-depth technical knowledge and Experience in the area of Manual/Automation Testing in Networking and Telecom Domain. Holding Overall total work experience of 7.10 yrs. 4.8 years experience in Manual/Automation testing in Networking Domain. 3.2 years of experience in Commissioning & Deployment, Configuration & Integration testing in Telecom Domain. Currently Worked as a Senior QA Engineer in manual/Automation testing Test Case Development execution and Functionality testing of SCOM plugin. Past Worked as Test lead datacom engineer in Installation,Configuration and Integration testing of EMS,NPM and oracle Database Application. And Datacom Protocol testing Configuration of TCP/IP, RIP OSPF,BGP,SNMP,STP, RSTP, PPPOE, DHCP, IPv4,Multicast etc. Worked on Perl and Tcl Scripting for developing and executing the functional Test case for Automation.
