I would like to hire a Coder

I'm looking to find someone to create a simple Access Database for our small conference and events department. Create an Access Database interface for us to create bookings. The database will need to have the following: We need a database program that we can:  Open a new event file and generate a file number  Add information about client o contact details o billing information  Add services o allocate conference room and define setup o add catering services from database o add AV requirements o add any special requirements o add comments  Generate report  Create weekly, monthly and yearly booking graph  Create an automatic system that: o blocks double booking o prompts reconfirmation deadline, down payment and following payment deadlines  Add a category for events subsidized by DLC Ideally the system would also  send e-mail confirmation to client about status of their booking  once confirmed send report and reminder (2-3 days before event) to kitchen and housekeeping  generate financial report with costs, profits and margins  generate statistics with requests not confirmed x confirmed business (so that we can address the reason businesses don’t get confirmed) Finance perspective Cash flow projection (revenue incl GST) P&L projection Post Conference report P&L data for interface to MYOB Analysis reports
