Arduino project Code Conversion

Please look at this project page and view the first video where you can see and understand how the project works. The code has been written for nintendo Wii classic controller but I would like to make my own controller using normal push switches AND would like to replace the joysticks with Potentiometers. This will require the remapping of the code for use with normal switches.
