Joomla side redesign implementation - open to bidding

I have a website which is currently live (I will show when you contact me) and the site has been re-designed with a new layout and theme.

I need help putting the new design onto the current site, what ever work is required to do this. I have looked at the Joomla manager and it looks to be too much work me to do on my own.

I would like you to implement the first few pages and then we can work out who is best to finish off the rest of the site.

You will have to work over RDP (team viewer) as the laptop I'm using the host a mirror of the site is local and the database is too big to move.

I would also need some help on how to move the changes to the live server, however this should be quite trivial I guess.
