We have recently launched a new system for daily activations and refills. The transition was a rough transition and we fear there may be clients/customers of ours that have not received their credentials, have not or can not login, have no clue about how to login or something else holding them back up from a smooth transition.
DETAILS: < 350 calls to individually owned businesses, averaging approximately 2-5 minutes each call.
SIMPLE:
We would like someone to
1) call these businesses + identify as pertaining to our company and brand name so as to establish rapport
2) find decision maker or owner as per our records or establish best time for attempt#2
3) SCRIPT / Inquire as to receiving email re: new system and/or being able to login and continue normal business w us
4) SCRIPT 2 / Inquire as to a mobile # for faster more immediate communication for future use.
5) End call and update a google spreadsheet with call results.
Requirements:
+Experience/ability to log call results quickly and effectively into google sheets.
+Fluent Understable English
