Webcam Recording on C#

Hi, I want a webcam software which can record video as well as take pictures. I did try a few codes on Codeplex and all, some of which were working. But the issue was that when I record a video for say 2 min 30 sec, the recorded video time was either less or more. I checked if its a problem with my camera, but its not. Some of the camera apps like Manycam and the inbuilt Windows 8 camera app works fine. But the issue is that I will not let me programatically control the application. Here are the features that I require: - * It should be a C# form application. * Should be able to Start and Stop recording from C# form application * Should be able to Take Snaps from the program. * Should be able to preset the index number of the cam source from which the recording has to take place. Once the value has been preset, the cam should open on the preset cam index. * Simultaneous audio recording. * Should work on Visual Studio 2013 * Recording output should be in one of these formats - avi, mp4, wav * Should be able to set the save folder programatically. * Even when minimised it should continue to record.
