Visual Basic 6 to WPF C# using MahApps

I have an old VB6 program that I need to convert to .net. I don't have the time needed right now to sit down and complete it. I currently have 2 forms laid out in WPF to show you how I am wanting it to look. Mahapps: [login to view URL] Material Design In Xaml Toolkit: [login to view URL] I am using Visual Studio 2017, .net framework 4.5 and Mahapps Metro and Material Design In Xaml Toolkit in order to give it a nice modern look. You have all the code and layout you need to complete this project. All you need to do is convert the current VB6 code over to .net and use newer items on the forms etc. Some things in the vb6 will not be used in the WPF version. And other things used in vb6 will need to be changed to a newer item in WPF. But all forms must have an updated look using the MahApps/Material Design In XAML Toolkit. If you do not know how to use MahApps/Material Design In Xaml Toolkit then please stop reading now and move on. I need someone who is an expert at WPF and VB6 that has used MahApps/Material Design In Xaml Toolkit before in order to do this project. MVVM should be used unless you have another, better way of doing this. The winning freelancer and i will talk over chat at the beginning so that this project will start on the right track. I have setup a dedicated VPS server that has Visual Studio 2017, Visual Basic 6, mySQL and MS SQL 2017 installed. The winning freelancer will be required to work in the VPS environment just so that everything is in one spot. I am looking for someone who knows WPF very well. A Microsoft Certified certificate holder will be considered before those who do not carry any MS certs. You can use vb or c# - it does not matter to me. I have attached a pdf to show the stats of the vb6 program (how many forms/modules, etc) to give you an idea of what is going to be needed in order to do this project. I have also added an image from the old VB6 form and how I designed it in the WPF app using MahApps to give you an even better idea of how I am wanting the WPF version to look. I look forward in working with the winning freelancer! Please note: You can not simply run the vb to .net converter found in visual studio 2010. I could do that myself but im looking for a rewrite to WPF specs. The built in converter will not work for what i need. Also note that you will need to sign an NDA before beginning the project.
