Job Tracking Website app - Please Read Description Before Bidding.

I have a job tracking web application that has a few bugs in it. Please read this description in full before bidding. 1. Cannot create a new “job”. The save button makes the screen disappear but the job record is never created. Some of the date and phone number fields do not give error feedback if invalid data is entered. Also, some of the drop down fields on the page do not load when some records are edited. Must be a javascript bug. 2. The link to download the deadlines as ICS calendar items needs to be split up. Currently you can download one combined ICS file. Each deadline needs an individual ICS link. Deadlines are one-to-many database records associated with each "job". 3. The client is stating that in the original application the “status” field allowed multiple database record entries with automatic date stamp. Also they would need to be able to delete or edit a status note just like the deadlines. The database structure already accounts for this. The programmer just got lazy and ignored this. 4.
