Engine Control Unit SEED & KEY Algorithm

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me with my project. I am willing to pay if the job is successful. The project consist of a SEED and KEY in a Engine Control Unit(ECU). The ECU is locked until the correct KEY is entered. I think its a 32bit encryption for both SEED and KEY. Which I know is extremely hard to unlock and figure out the algorithm. So this is why Iam seeking help. The SEED and KEY is Dynamic which means the SEED always changes its never the same. I have a hardware that generates the KEYS for the ecu. But I have limited access to it. I was able to get a couple of logs which shows a couple of SEEDS and KEYS. Below is the list I was able to gather.
