Students can pick the operation they want to practice (+, -, x or a mix of the three) and the range of integer numbers they want to be quizzed on: 1-digit numbers, 2-digit numbers or 3-digit numbers. Only positive numbers are used. 1-digit numbers mean your system will generate 2 operands between 0 and 9 for the selected operation, 2-digit numbers mean your system will generate 2 random number between 0 and 99 and so on. If the learner has picked subtraction, you need to make sure that the 1st operand is less than or equal to the 2nd operand, to make sure there are no negative number results.
You need to keep the score of each operation (=, -, x) separately. Assessing the kid’s strength should be done in an increment of 10 questions at a time. After the kid answers an increment of 10 questions, you display the results.
It is up to you to decide whether you will display all the 10 questions on the screen one shot or you will display them one by one.
There has to be a mechanism for the kid to know whether his/her answer was correct or not.

I have 30 years experience programming in C.
I will create a math quiz program that will ask a student if s/he wants to be tested on '+', '-', or 'x' or a random selection and if they prefer 1-digit, 2-digit or 3-digit numbers. Then, the student will be asked 10 questions (one at a time) in console format to respond with the answers. After each answer the student will be told if that answer is correct and after every 10 questions, a summary of those questions and the session overall shall be reported. Then the student is asked if more questions will be tried or if the program quits.
A milestone payment for the full budget for this project must be deposited with this site before your offer can be accepted.
