BlueGiga - BLE113 Bluetooth Smart Module - Programming and app development

Need help with writing program to use a BlueGiga BLE113 Bluetooth BLE board. Functions to control: 1) Actuator - start the process 2) Measure light with IC light circuit 3) Compute light calculations (I have a program that is working on an AT Mega chip) - can use this as a base for the calculations 4) Drive a servo to perform one move and back to zero. Need help in selecting necessary hardware, Want to use pre-existing shields - open source preferred. My project is building an automatic exposure pinhole camera. Have a working prototype, but would like to eliminate the display and all the buttons and move away from the custom designed circuit. Please visit [login to view URL] to see project. Want to use Bluetooth app to control the camera. Camera is designed to have a semiautomatic exposure system. The shutter is opened with a manual lever. The circuit is actuated into measuring light and calculate exposure. Once exposure is set, the circuit must actuate a servo to close the mechanical shutter. The successful candidate will help me choose the right existing parts currently being offered in commerce. Brand named open source components. The candidate will write the embedded software to run the circuit and develop the IOS and Android app. Code is provided on a regular basis.
