Windows Cleaner like ATF Cleaner

Hi,

This is a very small software of 40 kb that I want to make which cleans Windows Temp, Current User Temp, All User Temp, Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, History, Prefetch, Java Cache, Recyle Bin. The interface can be be same as ATF Cleaner software or some what different, On the 1st tab You will see 3 buttons as Empty Selected, Donate, Exit. So, I want to place 2 buttons and remove the Doante button. Now below to 3 buttons you will see it says "For Technical Support please email" and next line is the email address. So, I want to replace the text with "Live Support Online" and downside a website link.

The 3rd tab is information which have some text which can be changed. And the downside is "Freeware" which have a button which redirects to paypal account. So, I want to do the same. Also, remember the software should be 100% working. You can check ATF Cleaner software or google it and download it.

So, I want someone who can do this job at one low fixed price and not the one who will change his bid. Also, that person will get registry cleaner project for sure on a fixed price basis. All the details are given and I don't want somebody who will change the price. The software is a small software and the lowest is $30 and max. is $50. So anyone who can do under $50 will get the project.

I am ready to pay. Payment is not a problem just software must meet my requirement as listed above and should be 100% working with no bugs...

I do not want this program to have any software requirement like .net framework. This program should be an portable software which don't have any requirement.

This is the 2nd time I am posting this project because a user sumeeto00 was failed to make the software and my milestone payment was stopped by him. So, this time I have decided that I will be giving $10 as milestone payment so that I can be sure that the person will not betray me. Please only bid if you can really do this. Please don't bid if you can't.....
