I am looking to develop land for use as a design studio, ranch, air BnB and potential future museum in el Sereno, topanga, moites, and midi-Pyrenees.

I like the idea of return to nature, future ruins, art brut, parametric. And wish to get some rough building ideas to do a lot of impact with less traditional forms/materials on a budget.
