Architecture and building product procurement assistance for Australian property developer in China

We are an Australian property developer that builds high end, luxury homes in Perth Western Australia. We are starting to procure our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, windows, flooring, structural and other building products from China and we are looking for a trained architect or building designer (or possibly even an engineer or residential home builder) THAT IS BASED IN CHINA to assist us to liaise with Chinese factories to procure and manufacture our products. Must be able to read building plans and working drawings and have a general understanding of the building industry. You will need to speak both Chinese and English and you will assist our Chairman with factory and trade fair visits to China from time to time and you will oversee the manufacturing of our cabinets and other building products with Chinese factories. Ideally you will be based in Guangzhou but this is not absolutely necessary. $20 USD per hr or $100 USD per day
