Architectural Design to UK' Building Regulations' and 'Planning Requirements', of a small block of four studio flats and a small bungalow with separate subterranean garage. (This is what we consider to be the best use of the site. If you can come up with a better and more financially rewarding use of the site, that would be great!)
It is a small site surrounded with social houses. In other words, this is an impoverished area and the homes will probably be rented at very modest, bare bone rents, rather than owner occupier.
We will upload a site map with dimensions, (to follow)
You will need to familiarise yourself with UK planning law and ALL drawings must be to UK regulations and satisfy planning law.
3D projections of how the development will look, are required. If you can also provide a photo realistic projection that would be great!
You will supply all details and advise to complete the planning application forms.
When we are satisfied with the drawings and application forms have been completed, we will release 40% of the fees. If the planning department requires modifications, these must be done, and when they are accepted by the planning department, we will release a further 20% of the fees. When planning permission and building regulation permission is granted, we will release a further 40% of the fees. Any modifications, re-designs etc., must be accepted by the planning department before this final payment. We will provide full planning authority details so you can confirm progress.
When planning permission is granted, we will pay a bonus of $500 - $1,000
Our Company has been trading for over 25 years. Although we do not have much feedback with freelancer.com, we did with the freelancing company they bought out, (feedback was not transferable).
We do not pay upfront fees.
